Nora Veylan leads ethics policy within the network-defined DECC institution. Their within the network career began in the Network Learning Cooperative in 2015, followed by a 2019 appointment to the Virtual Policy Fellowship. Since 2023, they have focused on documented decisions, accessible public guidance and independent review.
